As I delete some of the more colorful comments, I am again reminded that quite a few Hokies disagree with my feelings towards basketball coach Seth Greenberg.  I will point out, again, the disagreement doesn’t bother me in the slightest. I have been cherneyed by the best in the business and am used to it. I will not, however, allow the Comments section of this Web site to deteriorate into a loon-infested message board.

I am also somewhat disappointed that so many so-called Tech fans seem to care only about wins and losses. Character, academic standards or anything that might be remotely connected to a classy program falls by the wayside. I consider it…. unfortunate.

So who do you think the Hokies should hire right now?  In other words, if Seth is out of job in the next couple of years, who are your top replacement candidates?

    Jim Reply:

Not my decision. But, I would vote [hope] for somebody who would class up the program.

You need only look south to Raleigh to see what scandal can do to a program.
